How third-party costs are billed.

Repairs and renovation: the vendor's invoice, plus the coordination fee shown in the charts for your membership. The two are shown separately.
City license and inspection fees, and utilities: billed at the amount charged. No markup.
Attorneys: you hire and pay your own. We connect you with one and coordinate with them. We never hire or bill an attorney for you.
